Cancellation Policy
Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total, plus a 3% credit card processing fee.
Any no-show appointment will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service total, plus a 3% credit card processing fee.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, communication must be made directly with a Blush Salon and Spa employee. Please contact our front desk at 641-357-4774 or message us through our Facebook page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Blush Salon and Spa is closed on Sundays. If you have a Monday appointment that needs to be canceled or rescheduled within the applicable notice period, you must contact us through our Facebook page or our emergency phone numbers (641-512-4774 or 641-425-4828). Messages left through other channels will not be received until business hours resume; therefore, the cancellation policy will be applied to your card on file.
